
PAYMENT POLICY
ZURI ANIMALZ MAS – PAYMENT POLICY
To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all masqueraders, please review our payment terms carefully:
1. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your costume. Costumes are not reserved without a deposit.
2. Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for your convenience. By entering a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments on time.
3. Final Payment Deadline
All balances must be paid in full by the stated final payment deadline. This date will be clearly communicated.
4. Failure to Complete Payments
If full payment is not received by the deadline:

Your costume will be released and made available for resale

All payments made will be forfeited

You will not be eligible to collect your costume or participate on the road

5. Grace Period (Optional)
A maximum grace period of 48 hours may be granted at management’s discretion. Late fees may apply.
6. Transfers & Changes
Costume transfers may be allowed only with prior approval. Administrative fees may apply.
7. Communication
If you are experiencing difficulty meeting a payment deadline, you must contact us before the due date. We will try to assist where possible, but accommodations are not guaranteed.
